German NSDAP Party Membership Pin

 

Original W.W.II period german NSDAP (National Sozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei) party membership pin.

This is the normal common NSDAP membership badge issued in the millions in the Third Reich era. It is nicely enameled on the front with the words along the edges: “National-Sozialistische D.A.P.”, the backside has the markings: "RZM,M1/128". RZM stands for ReichsZeugMeisterei. The M1 stands for the product, thus a badge/insignia. The 128 stands for the number of the manufacturer in this case Eugen Schmidhaussler, Pforzheim.
